Returns
At Shimmera jewels, we strive to ensure a smooth and hassle-free return experience for our customers.
Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery. You may request a refund within 15 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we are unable to process refunds or exchanges beyond this 15-day window.
To initiate a return for a refund, please email us at shimmerajewels@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. Our support team will guide you through the return process.
Important Notes:
Including those with engravings, are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, as they are handcrafted specifically for you on a made-to-order basis.
Refunds (If Applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you will be notified via email confirming receipt. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 1–2 business days.
Exchange Policy
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To initiate an exchange for the same item, please email us at shimmerajewels@gmail.com. We will provide you with the return address and further instructions.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the return. Once the returned item is received and approved, a gift certificate will be issued and mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift, or if it was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser, who will be notified of the return.
