• Initial Design Approval: After receiving your order, we’ll create a Computer-Aided Design (CAD) of your jewelry piece and share it with you. Need adjustments? No problem! We’ll revise the design until you’re completely satisfied.
• Stone Selection and Approval: Once the design is finalized, we’ll cut and polish the stones, then send you images or videos for your review and approval before they’re set into the jewelry.
• Jewelry Crafting: With the stones approved, we’ll begin crafting your piece. Upon request, we can also provide updates with photos during this stage.
• Final Approval and Shipping: When your custom jewelry is complete, we’ll share final images and a video for your approval. Once confirmed, we’ll carefully package and ship your piece to you.

Custom orders typically take 12-14 days to process, from the creation of the CAD (Computer-Aided Design) to the completion of the final jewelry piece.
